Mrs. Ngoie is a Subject Matter Expert and Project Management professional with over 20 years of experience in FEMA Mitigation Planning, HMGP, and Public Assistance (PA).

She has worked extensively with federal, state, and local agencies, including Disaster-Resistant Universities and Tribal governments, providing technical assistance on mitigation plans, grant programs, and compliance strategies.

Key Experience & Achievements:

✅ Led HMGP projects in Florida, Colorado, California, New York, and Louisiana
✅ Managed FEMA PA projects in California, Texas, Georgia, Louisiana, and North Carolina
✅ Provided G318 Mitigation Training and HMGP Applicant Briefings in Florida and New York

Mrs. Ngoie holds a master’s in business administration (MBA) and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership.
